1. No Refund Policy Once a course is purchased or admission is taken, the fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Since our content is digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not entertain any refund requests under any circumstances. We advise our students to browse the course curriculum and details carefully before making a final payment.

2. Course Completion Commitment At Sharda Computer Classes, we focus on results. When you purchase a course, you are securing your seat for professional training. The fee paid is for the complete learning module, and it is mandatory for the student to complete 100% of the course to achieve the desired certification and knowledge. Discontinuing the course midway is the student's personal decision and does not entitle them to any partial or full refund.

3. Technical Issues & Double Payments In the rare case of a technical glitch where a payment has been deducted from your bank account but the course access has not been granted, please contact us immediately.

1. If a double payment occurs due to server issues, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days after verification.
